General Description: Selling will be 84.02 surveyed acres of farmland in Waterman Twp, O'Brien County, IA. The tillable acres are level to gently sloped. According to the FSA office there are 77.38 tillable acres with the remainder comprised of roads and ditches. The soil types consist of the Galva, Primghar, and Marcus Series. The average CSR 1 is 74.5 and CSR 2 is 97. The farm is leased for the 2020 crop year. Lease payment of $23,214 will be paid to the purchaser at time of closing.

Farm Corn Base/Corn Yield: The corn PLC yield is 157 bushels and the soybean PLC yield is 45 bushels. The corn base is 58.05 acres and the soybean base is 19.33 acres.
