General Description: Here is a great 63 +/- acre nearly all tillable farm. The farm is level to gently sloped with approximately 62 tillable acres the balance consists of road, ditch and several trees in the NW corner). The primary soil types are comprised of the great Primghar, Marcus and Galva series. There are small amounts of the Estherville, Bolan, and Ocheyedan series in the norther portion of the farm.
